If graded, I'd say this book is between a 6.0-7.0 . Covers have wear & tear. Front cover has spine ticks, scuffing, some creasing and folding around corners. Back cover has some scuff marks. Some of the inside pages have small tears/chips on bottom. Spine/Cover/All pages intact.
